We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support and review engineering projects. The professional will be responsible for supervising and validating design activities related to building structures, utilities, and general construction works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Participate in all phases of the CSA project, from design and procurement to construction and final handover.
• Develop detailed Design project schedules and budgets, ensuring all construction activities are executed on time and within financial constraints.

Oversight & Quality Control:

• Supervise and coordinate the construction management team activities.
• Oversee the implementation of quality control to ensure all structural and architectural work meets the standards for a regulated environment.

Compliance & Coordination:

• Ensure full compliance with all local and international building codes.
• Act as interface between design teams, construction management, and the client’s internal teams to ensure project’s integration and validation aspects.
• Act as contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and challenges.
• Manage and coordinate activities with equipment vendors and engineering firms to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Master´s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within industrial or pharmaceutical environments.
• Proficiency with Auto
  CAD, Inventor, or other mechanical design software.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid).
