Our client is a leading international construction and engineering company delivering
- scale industrial projects across Europe and globally. Their portfolio includes
- value facilities in data centres, logistics, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and energy infrastructure .

Due to continued expansion, they are seeking Civil Engineers at Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior levels to support major construction works in Sines, Portugal -a critical location for industrial and logistics development in Europe.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile industrial developments in a region experiencing major infrastructure growth. You will work within a multidisciplinary site delivery team, supporting the civil engineering scope on complex, technically demanding projects.

• Assist in the execution of civil and structural works including groundwork's, slabs, drainage, utilities, and external packages.

• Interpret design documents and technical drawings, and support alignment of site works to plans and specifications.

• Collaborate with site management, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure quality, safety, and programme compliance.

• Maintain records and assist in reporting on progress, quality assurance, and health & safety performance.
  
  

• Oversee specific civil work packages and subcontractor performance.

• Lead technical coordination, quality control, and troubleshooting during construction phases.

• Liaise with consultants, client representatives, and local authorities where required.

• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.

• Contribute to planning meetings and constructability reviews.
  
  

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of civil construction practices and relevant safety regulations.

• Proficient in reading technical drawings and site documentation.
  
  

• English (essential) - for working in an international project team.

• Portuguese (preferred) - for coordination with local subcontractors and authorities.
