Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Civil Project Manager for the Coordination division, based at our Alfragide office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the various disciplines involved in Industry projects
• Efficiently allocate resources by aligning team capabilities with project needs
• Ensure the technical quality of final project deliverables
• Maintain close relationships with clients and their representatives
• Identify and support new business development opportunities

Profile:

• Pre-Bologna Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Fluency in additional languages (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Proven track record in project management, including team leadership, scheduling, and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Strong
  - solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
