Are you an expert in automobile material damage claims with strong knowledge of IRSA and civil liability law? SIXT is looking for a detail-oriented Auto Insurance Claims Handler(m/f/d) to ensure fair, fast, and compliant resolutions for our customers in France. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You handle automobile material damage claims in French from opening to closure, ensuring compliance with the IRSA Agreement and common law.
• You conduct detailed analysis of accident reports and determine liability based on established regulations.
• You apply contractual guarantees to assess coverage and eligibility for both insured parties and third parties.
• You determine fair compensation amounts, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
• You identify and pursue cost recovery opportunities under IRSA or civil liability frameworks.
• You support internal processes by maintaining precise documentation and contributing to a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have a solid background in handling automobile material damage claims in the French market.
• Education You hold a degree in insurance or a related field.
• Technical Skills You are confident navigating insurance tools and systems, and understand the claims process

• Legal Knowledge You demonstrate expert knowledge of the IRSA Agreement (Titles 4 and 5) and civil liability common law.
• Communication You explain complex insurance terms clearly and resolve conflicts with professionalism in French. Fluent French & English skills areMandatory.
• Collaboration You are a strong team player who works well with both internal teams and external partners.
