Position Summary

We are seeking a Claims Management Specialist for our NBS Order to Cash (O2C) department. Reporting to the Claims Management Lead Specialist, this role involves analyzing and resolving claims and deductions raised by stakeholders.

A day in the life of. . .

• Reception, registration, assignment, and categorization of all customer claims and deductions;
• Contributing to continuous improvement programs and process standardization across markets;
• Analyzing KPIs on service quality and presenting during Daily Operational Reviews;
• Participating in KPI trend analysis, root cause analysis, and problem solving.

What will make you successful

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar preferred but not essential;
• Knowledge of basic finance terminology and accounting principles;
• Proficiency in English;
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel;
• Problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit;
• Good organizational and prioritization skills;
• Strong work ethic and respectfulness.
