As part of a dynamic and growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Claims Specialist in this Shared Service Centre.

The role of a Claims Specialist involves supporting the intake, processing, and investigation of product complaints from international markets:

• Analyzes product complaints and collaborates with customer service and distribution partners to collect data for complaint investigations;
  
  
  
  
• Conducts initial investigations and assesses failure modes;
  
  
  
  
• Assists in tracking and reporting complaints to support product quality teams and
  - market surveillance requirements.

What you need to be successful:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  
  
  
  
• Language Skills:
  
  French native and English Fluent (both mandatory);
  
  
  
  
• Experience working with ERP systems:
  
  Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred;
  
  
  
  
• Previous Shared
  Services professional environment is a nice to have.
