Right now, we are looking for a Operations Technician 24x7 to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

• 3+ years of experience working in Monitoring Engineering roles using Enterprise Monitoring tools.
• Register occurrences in ITSM platforms (e. G. , Service
  Now, Easy
  Vista);
  
  
  
  
• Monitor alertsgenerated by monitoring tools in real time (e. G. , Zabbix, Solarwind, Control-M, Nimsoft);
  
  
  
  
• Basic scripting skills (introductory knowledge of Bash, Power
  Shell, or Python for simple automations);
  
  
  
  
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server operating systems;
  
  
  
  
• Fluency in Portuguese and technical English knowledge;
  
  
  
  
• Availability for 24/7 shift work.
