We are looking for an Operations Technician 24x7 to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon. Your responsibilities include:
- 3+ years of experience working in Monitoring Engineering roles using Enterprise Monitoring tools. - Register occurrences in ITSM platforms (e. G. , Service
Now, Easy
Vista). - Monitor alerts generated by monitoring tools in real time (e. G. , Zabbix, Solarwind, Control-M, Nimsoft). - Basic scripting skills (introductory knowledge of Bash, Power
Shell, or Python for simple automations). - Experience with Linux and Windows Server operating systems. - Fluency in Portuguese and technical English knowledge. - Availability for 24/7 shift work. We offer:
