About The Mission

You will join the IT department of a global financial group, which is transitioning toward an Agile@Scale operating model. The Clarity tool is central to portfolio and resource management and is being progressively deployed internationally to more than 1, 300 users. Your role will be key to ensuring adoption, accuracy of data, and continuous improvement of the tool.

Key Responsibilities

• Support international users during the Clarity rollout
• Provide functional and technical support to users
• Configure and adjust the Clarity tool based on user needs
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across user inputs
• Monitor user requests and follow up on incidents and improvements
• Participate actively in squad ceremonies and Agile routines

Required Skills & Profile

• 0 to 3 years of experience (minimum 2–3 years in an IT environment related to asset / project management) – Mandatory

Technical & Functional

• Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements
• Capability to configure and adapt platform settings

Languages

• French: Fluent – Mandatory
• English: Fluent – Mandatory

Soft Skills

• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail, rigor, punctuality
• Proactiveness and autonomy
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Team-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of bank environments
