- oriented, and reliable, who ensures our space is always spotless, welcoming, and ready to impress every guest.

What You'll Do

As a Cleaning Assistant at Mona Verde, you'll be the
-
- scenes hero who keeps the restaurant shining – from polished glassware and perfectly set tables to clean restrooms and organized service areas. Your work ensures that our guests and team can enjoy every moment without interruption.

Your Main Responsibilities

Setup & Preparation

• Prepare the restaurant before service: arrange tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, glasses, and decorations.
• Polish glassware, silverware, and plates to maintain a flawless presentation.
• Stock service stations with napkins, condiments, and other essentials.

Cleaning & Organization

• Carry out daily cleaning of the restaurant (dining areas, bar, restrooms, and
  -
  - house spaces).
• Ensure restrooms remain clean, fresh, and
  - stocked throughout service.
• Remove trash regularly and discreetly.
• Support with cleaning of equipment, utensils, and service areas.

During Service

• Maintain a clean, tidy dining room and assist with quick responses to spills or unexpected situations.
• Replenish supplies and assist the service team with organization when needed.
• Ensure floors, walkways, and service areas are safe and unobstructed.

Safety & Hygiene

• Follow all hygiene and food safety protocols, including HACCP guidelines.
• Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and work with care at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in cleaning, stewarding, or restaurant support roles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform dynamic tasks efficiently.
• Positive attitude and a strong team player.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
