Overview

Position for a Cleaning, Desinfection & Sterilization Technician at Olympus Corporation. The role involves registration, cleaning, disinfection of medical devices according to defined processes and documentation, and adherence to safety and environmental practices.

Responsibilities

• Registration, cleaning, disinfection of medical devices according to the defined processes and documentation
• Meticulously follow and comply with documented processes and standards
• Handling medical products
• Perform leak testing and manual cleaning
• Use of machinery (ETD, LTSF, Autoclave)
• Handling of dangerous goods
• Strict monitoring of consumables conditions, expiry dates, equipment calibration and maintenance status
• Application of excellent housekeeping according to 6S principles
• Conscientious execution of administrative activities and processes within the IT systems
• Prioritizes safety in the working area and adheres to local PPE requirements
• Contributes toward and adheres to operational key performance indicators
• Correct and efficient management of resources, ensuring proper waste sorting, and efficient use of water, chemicals and other resources
• Ensure compliance with good environmental practices and H&S rules and take correct action in case of emergency

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (desirable)
• Proactivity, dynamism, and strong sense of responsibility
• Detail orientation
• Team spirit
• Accuracy in data input
• Commitment to diversity & inclusion
• Intermediate English skills
