BACKGROUND
Are you a recent university graduate with a passion for technology and a desire to launch your career in a dynamic, agile environment? Join our Graduate Program in Client Platforms – a unique rotational journey across various Product teams focused on delivering innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform. This program offers you the opportunity to learn and contribute to Salesforce-based application development and configuration for a leading international luxury goods group.
You’ll be embedded in a supportive and experienced team, working on real projects and learning how to deliver
- centric digital products. Each rotation will expose you to different aspects of our development lifecycle, from technical design to development, testing, and delivery – all within an agile framework.
Our Client Platforms area plays a key role in building scalable, efficient, and intuitive solutions to support our Maison’s engagement and interaction with our clients. This is a
- on opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute from day one.
Embark on an 18-month tour through four key teams within the Client Platforms Area: Client360, Marketing Automation, Client Interactions, and Technical Governance. You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle – from idea to implementation and continuous improvement.
How will you make an impact?
The scope of this role includes various activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning and contributing to the execution of technical solutions, including
- on development and configuration on the Salesforce platform - Participating in the design, development, and delivery of scalable and
- centric applications - Configuring Salesforce components (e. g. , flows, objects, validation rules) and developing custom features using Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs
- Performing unit testing and contributing to system and integration testing
- Supporting the release management process
- Helping maintain and improve the quality, performance, and security of our platforms
- Working with agile teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and Scrum Masters
- Participating in sprint planning,
- ups, and retrospectives - Developing a broad understanding of digital product delivery in a
- world environment

Education:
- You are a recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Hard skills (not all required but a plus):
- Familiarity with databases and API usage
- Understanding of cloud platforms or CRM systems (e. g. , Salesforce)
- Experience with version control systems (e. g. , Git)
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a plus
Soft skills valued include:
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a
