. As a Client Advisor, you'll be at the centre of this mission—building trusted relationships and guiding clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.

You'll combine deep knowledge of residency by investment programmes with an entrepreneurial,
- first approach. By truly understanding our clients' ambitions, you'll design tailored pathways that create lasting value for them and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Share Roots Global's residency by investment solutions with prospective clients, introducers, and partners
• Lead meetings that engage and inspire, turning prospects into
  - term clients
• Build and grow your own pipeline of HNWI and family office contacts
• Advise clients on residency by investment options, presenting clear recommendations that align with their goals
• Qualify prospects and complete initial due diligence to ensure suitability and trust
• Work closely with our Relationship Managers to provide a seamless client journey from first enquiry to successful outcome
• Consistently meet or exceed annual business development targets
• Stay ahead of global RBI trends, so you can bring timely, relevant insights to clients
• Represent Roots Global at industry events, networking gatherings, and private client forums

Essential skills

• Minimum 3
  
  years' experience in residency by investment advisory or sales
• Proven success working with
  -
  - worth individuals, families, or family offices
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for clients
• Strong
  - building skills, with an approachable yet professional style
• Effective negotiator with a track record of closing
  - value deals
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools to manage pipelines and reporting

Desirable skills

• Degree in business, law, economics, or a related field
• Knowledge of private client advisory, investment migration, or global real estate
• Strong international networks and cultural fluency
• Multilingual abilities and international experience
