What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Senior Client Delivery Manager to lead cloud service delivery and ensure
- term customer success. You’ll be the primary contact, owning the
-
- end delivery of services such as S/4 HANA Cloud Private Edition and Cloud Application Services. Act as a trusted advisor and build impactful relationships that drive transformation.

Job Description

Minimum experience required:

• +5 years in
  - facing roles
• +1 year in project management
• +3 years in SAP Basis, infrastructure or managed services delivery.

It is mandatory that you:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• SAP implementation or operations experience
• Technical understanding of virtualized infrastructure
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication with C-Level clients
• Fluency in Spanish and English

Responsibilities:

• Build and grow client relationships as a strategic advisor
• Lead engagement planning and delivery execution
• Manage escalations and align internal/external stakeholders
• Drive operational excellence and avoid service credits
• Identify upsell opportunities and support sales teams
• Align services with customer transformation goals
• Host regular status and governance meetings.

Working Model:

• Remote – based in Portugal
