Client Development & Analytics Team Leader
**We are looking for an experienced German speaker to join our team as a team leader for Customer Support in Matosinhos, Porto!****Your duties**:
- Support the Operations Manager in the daily
- Main point of contact for our client as well as for the
- Motivate and coach the team and ensure performance goals are
- Control KPIs and ensure their
- Develop procedures to enhance productivity and performance according to business needs and
- Increase quality measures and ensure customer
- Identify team member’s training needs and ensure development plans are maintained for all team
- Prepare and implement meetings and team member

- Proven experience of working in a call center environment in a team lead
- Native or C2 level of German. Additional languages a plus. - Confident, friendly and professional

- Determined, flexible, reliable and a team
- Assertive and with a strong affinity for
