Role Description
This is a
- time hybrid role for a Client Development Representative, work from home. The Client Development Representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service satisfaction , generating sales, and presenting training to clients on products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, understanding their needs, offering suitable solutions, hiring collaborators, presenting new journeys promotions, offering live trainings. The role involves IT SKILLS and communication coordination.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sales skills and experience
- Proficiency in delivering Training to clients
- Strong
- solving and organizational skills - Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field is preferred
