Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth start

Conduct regular client
- ins and platform walkthroughs

Monitor usage proactively and engage
- activity users

Identify upsell/renewal opportunities and coordinate with Sales

Deliver tailored training and support based on client needs

Log activities and insights into Salesforce

What We're Looking For:

Fluent or native English speaker

1–3 years in a
- facing role (Customer Success, Support, Account Management, etc. )

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Tech-savvy: able to demo platforms, interpret usage data, and support users confidently

Proactive, professional, and
- focused

Bonus: Experience in financial services or B2B publishing

What We Offer:

Direct contract with the client

Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (weekends off)

Base salary of €1, 000 gross per month

Meal allowance of €7. 80/day via meal card

Performance bonus of up to €400 per month
