• Technical or higher education in Engineering, Mechanics, Electromechanics or equivalent (preferred);
• Experience in the machinery or equipment sector;
• Experience in a similar technical service role or in
  - sales customer management (preferred);
• Active listening skills, clear communication and customer orientation;
• Ability to solve problems and manage pressure.

FUNCTION

Do you enjoy customer management? Do you have commercial vision and technical knowledge of machines?

As a Customer Manager, you will be part of our Machine Service support team, focusing on customer management and technical support, ensuring an excellent experience. Your role is fundamental in the link between the customer and internal services, guaranteeing fast, effective responses and greater satisfaction.

Its main missions:

• Managing contact with customers, ensuring regular and proactive
  - sales
  - up;
• Providing technical support/remote troubleshooting in conjunction with the internal workshop and sales teams;
• Diagnosing and addressing customers’ technical needs, ensuring swift and effective responses;
• Being the link between the client and our technical and commercial areas, guaranteeing that deadlines are met and ensuring that orders and complaints are closed;
• Promoting customer loyalty and identifying opportunities for improvement or new services;
• Supporting the workshop manager in monitoring each case.
