We are seeking a highly motivated Client Planner (M/F/D) to join our team at the Penafiel Workshop. If you have a strategic mindset and a passion for optimizing production planning with the client at the forefront, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently and effectively. By collaborating with various internal teams, you will guarantee seamless communication and coordination, resulting in a superior client experience. Reporting to the Macro Planning Manager, your mission as the Client Planner will be to ensure client satisfaction by translating their needs into concrete and actionable plans. To achieve this, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Providing personalized support to each client.
• Managing client orders from receipt to delivery, optimizing information flow and communication with internal teams.
• Processing client returns, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution in alignment with production planning objectives.
• Keeping clients informed about the status of their orders, fostering trust and transparency.
• Collaborating with Finance, Planning, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues, anticipating potential challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes, optimizing communication and alignment with the production planning objectives defined by the Macro Planning Manager.

Qualifications

• You have a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
• A genuine passion for client service and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and, ideally, SAP.
• Fluency in French (preferred) or English is a must.
• Demonstrated excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
