We have over 40, 000 professional agencies, and the Client Relationship Manager’s responsibility is to sell to agencies and partner with them to promote their services on the Design
Rush website.
Our platform offers four key values to users:
Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.
Awards: Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards.
Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies.
Trending Brands: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader.
Excellent English communication skills and a proven track record in business development and outbound sales to mid and large enterprises are a must.
Goals for this Position:
Grow the base of Agency Sponsors in the Design
Rush portfolio through proactive sales efforts.
Nurture and manage relationships with agency clients.
Track, analyze, and monitor agencies’ performance and provide solutions to enhance their success.
Contribute to increasing the company’s revenue over time through effective sales strategies.

Design
Rush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
Responsibilities:
Manage a 360-degree sales role from business development to sales and account management with ownership of the whole process.
Proactively sell to agencies , developing new partnerships while constantly achieving set sales goals.
Build trusted partnerships with key clients, increasing retention and revenue over time.
Evaluate processes, recommend improvements, and stay updated with industry changes and developments.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track sales activities and outcomes.
Improve sales processes and workflow automation using AI tools and agents
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in business development and outbound sales to the digital sector – media sales and agency experience is a PLUS.
Proven ability to sell and grow a client base.
Proactive, analytical,
- savvy, and has a growth mindset.
Must have exceptional English communication skills , both verbal and written.
Has a strong drive to help customers and enhance their experience.
Experienced in working within
- functional teams and is a true team player.
Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in CRMs (Hub
Spot)
Strong knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, and workflows
Able to work EST hours.
