Main tasks and goals:
The CRM Officer will be the key point of contact for the Front Office an onboarding and annual review process.
Prioritization and coordination
- Identify the Business priorities
- Coordination with CSG, Compliance, other HUB, NIM client Services to ensure the finalization of the vetting process in the deadline
Monitoring
- Prepare reports using KYC dashboard
- Provide a comprehensive and accurate overview of Global CSG production, mainly KYC on a weekly communication
- Determine the necessary actions on the Front side with a focus on outstanding cases
- Conduct meetings with the Business to ensure an efficient workflow
- Support escalation done by analyst and formalize action using WMT
- Being able to provide explicit and accurate update on production status
- Raise issue and attention to management
Improvement of the chain
- Make recommendations/suggestions to standardize procedures and processes and to introduce new technology or improve the existing one;
- Be a force of proposition to constantly improve client service quality and streamline our processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant area;
- Strong computer skills especially in Excel and Power
BI; - Fluency in English and French (mandatory);
- Strong communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills;
- Ability to work in a
- paced environment; - Organized, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
