Client Relationship Officer - Fixed Term Contract

The Client Relationship Officer (RO) is responsible for managing daily interactions with BNP Paribas’ Corporate Clients to ensure delivery of
- quality, innovative, digital banking services. The RO develops relationships with clients, understands their needs, and proposes suitable products from Flow Banking Products, acting as the entry point for clients on commercial matters.

Your Main Activities

• Ensure business is performed in close alignment with the BNP Paribas Group’s “One Bank” strategy, collaborating with Pilots, Product lines, Support Teams, and other stakeholders
• Client Interaction
  • Act as the first point of contact on commercial matters
  • Redirect clients to the responsible Support Teams such as Client Service Desk, Cash Management Technical Officers, Due Diligence, among others
• Compliance
  • Ensure that Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Sanctions policies are properly reviewed
• Credit
  • Ensure that all credit facilities extended to Corporate Clients are approved and renewed on time according to the Bank's procedures, and then implemented
• Banking Products
  • Sell all types of Banking Products and ensure proper introduction of product representatives to clients

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Client Management or Banking and Financial Operations
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and knowledge of German
• Knowledge of CRM Tools
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to communicate, interact and engage effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality of service
• Ability to cope with pressure, meet short deadlines,
  - task, and adapt to changing priorities
