As a Customer Service Associate, your main responsibility will be interacting with customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring smooth handling of complaints and order incidents. You may also support broader projects across the company.
Candidate profile:
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish required
Strong communication and quick adaptability
Previous experience in customer service is beneficial
Confident using computers
