Customer Service Representative Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls and emails, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Process client requests and transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage client policy changes, updates, and cancellations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a
- paced environment with multiple priorities - Fluency in French (C2) and English (B2)
