What You Will Do

• Manage supplier invoices in the internal system.
• Enlighten suppliers concerning invoice doubts.
• Answer suppliers through outgoing and incoming calls and emails.
• Evaluate the need for escalation.
• Put suppliers in contact with the client in case of necessity.

Your Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who:

• Have a high level of German and fluent English (C2 - written and oral).
• Have strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Have proficiency in Excel and good communication skills.
• Are autonomous and able to ensure
  -
  - end delivery of cases.
• Are responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient.
