We are seeking a Client Services Training & Performance Senior Manager to lead and develop our training initiatives. This role involves defining training structures, delivering programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and implement competency models for all roles within Client Services, aligned with organizational goals.
- Utilize data and performance metrics to assess team capabilities, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted improvement plans.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Work closely with department leaders to ensure training supports business objectives and operational performance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor training for specific projects or process changes.
- Manage and mentor a
- performing training team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Experience in learning & development, training, or performance management, preferably in
- facing environments. - Proven success in developing
- scale training strategies with measurable performance improvements. - Experience conducting needs analyses and evaluating training effectiveness against KPIs.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Professional certification in training or L&D.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align training with business goals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of learning principles and methodologies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- High emotional intelligence and passion for development.
- Proficiency in LMS, digital learning tools, and performance tracking platforms.
- Ability to work independently and in teams in a
- paced environment.
