Mission:

Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, service levels, and profitability while fostering strong,
- term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the implementation process for new clients.
• Act as the main senior contact for clients, alongside the operational team leader.
• Monitor and control service levels while maximizing client profitability.
• Develop business opportunities across Business Travel and other Travelstore units.
• Ensure close collaboration with international client managers from American Express.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Management or similar (preferred).
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and with clear objectives.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power
  Point.
• A proactive,
  - oriented mindset.
