Position: Client Success Manager
Location: Portugal (Remote)
Compensation: $10 USD/hour (Full-Time)
Language: Fluent English required
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who can deliver incredible experiences to our clients while helping them get the most value from our services through a consultative and supportive approach. This role combines proactive client outreach with attentive listening and responsive support.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with assigned clients
- Monitor client success metrics and act when engagement drops
- Guide customers toward solutions using your product knowledge
- Represent the client internally — you're their advocate
What We’re Looking For:
- Based in Portugal
- Strong communication skills in English
- 2+ years in customer success, support, or onboarding roles
- Able to work independently and prioritize multiple accounts
- Friendly,
- oriented, and responsive
