We are looking for a Client Success Manager (Account Manager) to join our growing team!
Your primary goal is to manage partnerships with our clients, setting up and launching marketing campaigns, ensuring they achieve performance goals and fostering
- term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor mobile campaigns while ensuring revenue attainment.
- Launch and optimize marketing campaigns for clients based on their promotional strategies and goals.
- Proactively develop and implement strategies and solutions to enhance campaign performance.
- Follow up, control, and analyze existing partnerships.
- Manage client satisfaction and dedicate time to building
- term partnerships. - Communicate with the team, share status updates, and highlight clients’ pain points.
Required qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree (Management, Marketing or related fields) or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
- Dynamic, ambitious, and eager to succeed in the ad:tech industry.
- Strong team player with critical thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Client-oriented and
- focused, with the ability to manage stressful situations and prioritize productive solutions. - Attention to detail and sound judgment.
Nice to have
- Passion for digital marketing and mobile apps.
- Strong drive for
- education and continuous learning. - Knowledge and understanding of how mobile apps are developed and grow their user base.
- Being familiar with mobile advertising ecosystem (MMPs, performance marketing cost models, DSPs and SSPs).
- Analytical mindset and being comfortable working with dashboards.
