Customer Service Specialist – Fluent in French | Porto (On-site)

We are recruiting a Customer Service Specialist fluent in French to join a dynamic team in the financial sector, in an
- site role at the heart of Porto (Trindade area).

Main responsibilities

• Provide support to French-speaking clients in financial services, ensuring excellence in customer care.
• Identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and follow up throughout the process.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
• Maintain and update client databases with accuracy.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (C2 level – mandatory).
• Previous experience in similar roles (preferably in call center, financial services, or insurance).
• Strong communication, active listening, and argumentation skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with results orientation.
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday, between 07:30 and 18:30.
• On-site availability in Porto.
• Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Power
  Point.
