Client Support Assistant
ROLE:
Support, advice and presentation of solutions to customers, by email and telephone. Management of complaints and incidents with orders. Possibility of involvement in other projects according to the company's needs and candidates knowledge. QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluency in 2 languages – Portuguese and English (elimination factor) Good communication and learning skills Experience in customer service and support area (preferred) Good computer skills Initiative and leadership spirit OFFER:
