Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers to provide guidance and knowledge on Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners' products and services. You will engage with customers through incoming calls or emails, reviewing requests, making appropriate decisions, and processing accordingly.
