In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers via chat, phone, or email, ensuring fast, effective, and empathetic service. Your responsibilities will include resolving inquiries, supporting investigations, managing complaints, and identifying specific customer needs while always maintaining clear and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests and inquiries independently and efficiently;
• Manage complex cases from start to finish;
• Support investigation processes and dispute resolution;
• Identify and assist customers in vulnerable situations;
• Share knowledge and support colleague training;
• Adapt to different tasks and evolving business needs.

What We're Looking For

• English level C1/C2 (mandatory);
• Minimum of 12 months' experience in customer service or in the banking/financial/insurance sector;
• Clear communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation;
• Ability to make decisions and manage complex situations;
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for dynamic environments;
• Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
