We are looking for a fluent French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a growing team in the financial sector, working
- site in central Porto (Trindade area).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support to French-speaking clients in the financial services area.
• Understand client needs, present suitable solutions, and ensure
  - up throughout the process.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Accurately maintain and update client records.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (C2 – mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer support, call center, financial services, or insurance (preferred).
• Strong communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and
  - driven mindset.
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday, between 07:30 and 18:30,
  - site in Porto.
• Good command of Excel, Outlook, and Power
  Point.
