We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Telephone Support and Sales team in Faro. If you enjoy talking on the phone and have a hidden talent for convincing even the most skeptical, this opportunity is for you!

• Be the first smile our clients hear on the phone and help them solve their problems with style.
• Handle customer inquiries with empathy and responsiveness, as if they were your own.
• Turn each call into a sales opportunity by sharing our latest offers and services tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Identify emerging sales opportunities and translate them into concrete actions.
• Stay attentive to our clients' needs to offer tailored solutions that will make them as happy as a cat discovering a sunbeam.

Requirements:

• You are a champion of customer support or eager to help others.
• You can analyze, diagnose situations, and offer the best solutions.
• Your mastery of French surpasses your conversations with your cat, and fluency in "meow" is a plus.
• You have excellent customer service skills and love to make clients happy.
• You can stay calm even when things get a little crazy.
• You are passionate about the art of support and have patience, like waiting for a snail to finish a marathon.
• You have a strong team spirit but can work autonomously.
