About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support small and
- sized businesses (SMBs) in developing their business through various digital platforms. Your main objective will be to provide an excellent customer experience, offering support via chat, email, and phone in English.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting business clients in the use of online and digital advertising tools;
  
  
• Providing
  - and
  - sales assistance and technical support on products and tools;
  
  
• Contributing to client growth and satisfaction, ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT);
  
  
• Maintaining positive, empathetic, and efficient communication in all interactions.

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level);
  
  
• Strong writtenand verbal communication skills;
  
  
• Empathy, active listening, and
  - solving abilities;
  
  
• Team spirit and willingness to learn;
  
  
• Ability to handle sensitive situations in a dynamic environment.
