Your Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers via chat, phone, or email, offering fast, effective, and empathetic support;
  
  
• Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction;
  
  
• Manage complexcases from start to finish, including investigations and dispute resolution;
  
  
• Support fraud detection and prevention efforts;
  
  
• Identify and assist customers in vulnerable situations;
  
  
• Share knowledge with the team and support onboarding of new colleagues;
  
  
• Stay adaptableand open to changing tasks and business needs.

Your Profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) – mandatory;
  
  
• Minimum of 12 months' experience in customer support, banking, finance, or insurance;
  
  
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a
  - solving attitude;
  
  
• Confident in handling complex and sensitive customer situations;
  
  
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a
  - paced environment;
  
  
• Tech-savvy andquick to learn new tools and systems.
