Location: Algés, Lisbon, Portugal (on-site with occasional remote work)
Type: Full-time

Reports to: CEO & Clinical Director

Role Purpose
The Clinical Advisor & Operations role combines direct patient clinical support with operational coordination. You will also play an active role in maintaining our Quality Management System (ISO 13485) and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Patient & Clinic Support
- Conduct telemedicine consultations.
- Guide patients through sample collection procedures and answer clinical queries within scope of practice.
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient calls, messages, and emails.
- Coordinate appointment and scan bookings (e. g. , ultrasound, laboratory tests).
- Manage bespoke requests and coordinate reports.
- Liaise with clinics to track patient progress and report results.
Liaison with Laboratories & Imaging Providers
- Schedule laboratory tests and imaging appointments.
- Act as the main communication link between patients, clinics, and providers.
- Ensure results are delivered, recorded, and reported accurately.
Operations & Quality Management
- Prepare and dispatch test kits within the EU and support UK orders.
- Monitor and manage stock, including material requisitions and kit assembly.
- Keep the workspace clean, organised, and functional.
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) activities: updates, audits, maintenance, and corrective actions.
- Log and respond to feedback or complaints from patients and partners.
- Produce
- tracking and workflow reports for management. - Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services.
- Experience in fertility, gynaecology, telemedicine, and advising on sample collection.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and basic Quality Management System processes.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant healthcare field (Nursing, Psychology, Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent).
- Experience: At least 3 years’ direct
- facing experience in a healthcare setting. - Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Registered and certified by the appropriate clinical / regulatory body
