Clinical Contract Manager (code CCM-3125)
We are seeking a Clinical Contract Manager (CCM) to oversee the management of clinical contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, internal SOPs, and contractual obligations. The CCM will manage all stages of contract negotiation, execution, and renewal, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of clinical contracts, from negotiation to execution and renewal.
- Review, analyze, and draft clinical agreements, including research agreements, confidentiality agreements (NDAs), service agreements, and subcontracts.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure regulatory compliance and strategic alignment.
- Monitor contract timelines, deliverable obligations, and key
- related performance indicators. - Identify and mitigate contractual risks, proposing solutions and process improvements.
- Support compliance initiatives and internal/external audits related to contracts.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for the management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management within clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations, service contracts, and standard legal terms in the pharma/CRO sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with contract management systems or compliance tools is an advantage.
