Job Description Summary

Responsible for supporting training for technical products, solutions, and services for surgery equipment (Mobile C arms). Provides application and clinical support during and after sales within assigned regions of Spain and Portugal.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and demonstrate GE Products & Services.
• Create personalized relationships with customers to maintain satisfaction and engage in new and existing sales opportunities.
• Build customized presentations based on customer knowledge, demonstrating how GE solutions improve the business environment.
• Demonstrate assigned products and services within territory, showcasing proficiency in product applications in a clinical setting.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver product application training to customers on software and equipment use, and monitor installations to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Contract up to 24 months (12 + 12) for Portugal.
• Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Valid driving license.
• X‑Ray technician or equivalent education.
• Experience in strong clinical/technical or significant commercial contexts with successful high‑level customer interactions and sales in imaging clinical solutions.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with external customers and global counterparts.
• Ability to present complex material in understandable terms.
• Solid problem‑solving skills, including conflict resolution and solution proposal.
• Experience in interventional procedures.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

• Proven track record in clinical applications with Surgical C arms.
• Clinical experience in large hospitals.
• Knowledge of healthcare business and processes.
• Persuasive and able to influence clinical decision making for GE.
• Strong presentation skills and public speaking experience.
