Part-Time Position (On-site):

Late Shift (16h-01h), Weekly (Thursday and Friday) or Weekends fortnightly ( Saturday and Sunday).

Job description

• Use literature, research and provide recommendations for solutions;
  
  
  
  
• Conductcase management tasks;
  
  
  
  
• Conductadministrative Tasks;
  
  
  
  
• Providemental health education;
  
  
  
  
• Providetraining on mental health, resilience, coping and Coaching;
  
  
  
  
• Involveproject staff in building the Support program ;
  
  
  
  
• Conductregular, proactive Wellness discussions between project staff and the Psychologists;
  
  
  
  
• Participate in training and Town Hall meetings conducted by Pulso and the client.

It’s important to keep in mind that the main responsibility is to be an advocate for the mental health and
- being of all the individuals and deliver
- site Support including the following:

• Provide consultations to Management/Team Lead ;
  
  
  
  
• Lead resilience building Coaching and Counselling Sessions;
  
  
  
  
• Facilitate
  -
  - peer Support;
  
  
  
  
• Lead Psycho-educational skills building groups (educating on positive coping skills);
  
  
  
  
• Champion awareness campaigns to mitigate stigma around
  - seeking behaviours;
  
  
  
  
• Providetraining on empathy
• Debrief, Support and educate staff on stress and trauma coping mechanisms;
  
  
  
  
• Provideindividuals with resources they need to reach organizational and personal goals;
  
  
  
  
• Facilitate collaboration across line managers and agents with regard to preventive strategies;
  
  
  
  
• Bridge prevention and intervention Wellness activities;
  
  
  
  
• Facilitate transition sessions (Ex :
  
  Roll-Off, Change of roles, etc. );
  
  
  
  
• Providethe necessary information regarding the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Qualifications and Competencies

• Master’s Degree in Psychology (mandatory criteria);
  
  
  
  
• Should be an Effective Member of the Order of Portuguese Psychologists (mandatory criteria);
  
  
  
  
• At least three years experience as a Psychologist in the field of Clinical psychology or Psychological monitoring (mandatory criteria);
  
  
  
  
• Fluencyin English (minimum B2 level – mandatory criteria);
  
  
  
  
• Fluencyin Portuguese (Native)
• Possess CCP (training skills certificate) and experience in training and mediating groups;
  
  
  
  
• Knowledge of other languages will be valued, such as French, Spanish, Italian;
  
  
  
  
• Be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power
  Point, Outlook, Teams);
  
  
  
  
• It is valued to have training, skills and experience related to different fields of psychology, such as Mindfulness, Psychological Coaching;
  
  
  
  
• Competence, training and experience of working in the field of crisis intervention and trauma will be valued;
  
  
  
  
• Residence in the geographical area of Lisbon;
  
  
  
  
• Good communications, teamwork, and resilience skills;
  
  
  
  
• Sense of ownership, responsibility, dynamism, proactivity, versatility and autonomy;
