Role

We are looking for a Cloud Administrator to join our client's Infrastructure and Operations team. The consultant will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing the cloud environment, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure and complementary experience in AWS and IBM Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cloud infrastructures in Azure, AWS and IBM Cloud.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C).
• Configure and manage networking and security in cloud environments (VNet/VPC, VPN, firewalls, NSGs, IAM and RBAC).
• Monitor, analyze and resolve incidents in cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Cloud
  Watch, etc.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery (DR) and high availability solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams on CI/CD pipelines and Dev
  Ops practices.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and governance best practices.
• Document processes, architectures and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in Azure administration (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, networking, security, storage, computing, and monitoring.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Complementary experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM and RDS) and IBM Cloud.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex environments (networks, applications and performance).
• Familiarity with Dev
  Ops / CI/CD tools such as Git
  Lab CI, Azure Dev
  Ops or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS).
• Experience in cloud cost management (right‑sizing, autoscaling and reserved instances).
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience of hybrid multi‑cloud environments (on‑premises and cloud).
• Experience of working in critical environments (high availability and resilience).
• Proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail focusing on security and best practices.
• Ability to learn new technologies in multi‑cloud environments.
