Responsibilities

1. Manage the overall Applications landscape and cloud resources aligned with company strategy.
2. Ensure proper operation of Applications, compliance, monitoring, and vulnerability resolution in coordination with IT support teams.
3. Support cloud solution architecture and Dev
   Ops processes to enhance system efficiency.
4. Manage application architecture topics, deployments, and enhancements, prioritizing tasks effectively.
5. Maintain updated documentation to ensure service support viability.
6. Handle Incident, Change, and Problem management related to cloud resources.
7. Implement new releases in Production based on CI/CD processes.
8. Participate in
   - making regarding the lifecycle management of the Cloud Production environment.
9. Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives, supporting digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of proven experience in IT Services Management, preferably in Applications.
• Knowledge of Cloud Applications architecture, Data Protection, and IT Security standards.
• Service-oriented with ITIL knowledge, strong communication skills, and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
• Orderly, methodical, with leadership capabilities in IT activities and processes.
• Experience managing application priorities and workflows aligned with business and technical goals.
• Willingness to face new challenges and contribute to digital transformation.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and utilize data effectively for digital initiatives.
