CLOUD ARCHITECT (HYBRID) Lisboa

Portuguese recruiting company is looking for a Cloud Architect (Hybrid) to design and implement cloud solutions that serve millions of users. This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and requires candidates to be currently located in Portugal.

What You’ll Do

• Translate project requirements into enterprise‑grade cloud architectures.
• Ensure resiliency, security, and availability at all stages.
• Drive solutions from development to production, improving at each phase.
• Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders, articulating opportunities, risks, and costs.
• Apply banking and data privacy regulations directly to requirements and architecture.

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• 6+ years in software development projects.
• 3+ years as a Cloud Architect with one of the major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, IBM).
• Expert knowledge of one cloud provider (Azure preferred).
• Mandatory Azure certification.
• Strong understanding of
  - native application design.
• Experience in solution design.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture patterns.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of event‑driven architecture.
• Experience with banking and data privacy regulations.
• Certifications in AWS or GCP (additional to Azure).
• Spanish language skills.
