Cloud Architecture Consultant - Braga

Asenium is recruiting an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to support infrastructure and cloud solutions across our client’s environment.

Location: Remote (Portugal-based only)

Travel: Occasional travel might be required

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure on AWS
Automate deployments and infrastructure management using Terraform, Cloud
Formation, or similar tools
Monitor cloud environments and ensure performance, availability, and cost efficiency
Collaborate with
- functional teams to align infrastructure with application needs
Enforce cloud security best practices and handle incident resolution

Required Skills:

Minimum 4 years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on AWS
Strong knowledge of core AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Cloud
Watch, Lambda, etc.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Ia
C) and scripting (e. g. , Python, Bash, Power
Shell)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Dev
Ops practices, and container services like ECS or EKS
Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus
Must be based in Portugal
