Job Description

1. Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions using leading public cloud providers.
2. Develop and implement infrastructure as code (Ia
   C) and configuration management.
3. Introduce automation to improve performance, scalability, and security, reducing manual effort.
4. Develop Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines for increased development productivity.
5. Implement logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting solutions for better visibility and faster incident recovery.
6. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable, reliable, secure, sustainable, and
   - effective architectures.
7. Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and services to ensure optimal performance and availability.
8. Develop tools and processes to improve teams and customer experience.
9. Develop documentation related to cloud infrastructure, architecture, and processes.
10. Support software engineers in following the software delivery lifecycle.
11. Maintain efficient communication and client relationships, promoting our product portfolio.
12. Stay
    -
    - date with industry trends and latest technologies in cloud computing and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
13. Support internal and external customers on various platforms.

Qualifications

1. In-depth knowledge of AWS, including services like compute, storage, networking, databases.
2. 1+ years
   - on experience in administering Windows or Linux server environment.
3. Proficiency with at least one of the following languages: Bash, Python, Go, Power
   Shell, Node
   JS.
4. Professional automation experience with at least one configuration/deployment management tool such as Saltstack, Terraform.
5. Experience on container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes.
6. Experience with serverless computing and
   - driven architectures.
7. Experience integrating monitoring and alerting technologies, such as Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Cloud
   Watch, ELK.
8. Experience of building, running, and improving CI/CD frameworks, tools, etc. and industrializing these into
   -
   - day operations.
9. Demonstrable understanding of security and networking principles in a
   - native environment.
10. Experience working in an Agile
    - paced, Dev
    Ops environment.
11. Excellent
    - solving and troubleshooting skills.
12. Of curious nature and
    - minded.
13. Ability to provide outstanding customer service, be a good listener, work well with others, and trusted by colleagues.
14. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently within a team and across departments.
15. Degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
