Job Description
The Digital and Transversal Solution APS Application Production team is an internal team that supports applications used by internal projects to deploy solutions for their applications. The team is responsible for maintaining, guaranteeing and improving the current service provided by the transversal applications, identifying root causes, and suggesting and implementing improvements. It follows strict ITIL practices in its daily activities.
Responsibilities
Provide functional support to users on applications
Testing and cross checks
Interact with IT Production & ICP Support Teams
Interact with developers for in‑house developed applications
Manage change request, support items and incident follow up in Service
Now
Treat requests, change requests and support items for CIB applications
Incident management and communication to users on local and central incidents
Design of new application environments
Installation, administration, documentation, support and troubleshooting of applications
Collaboration in group projects and on a territorial level
Problem management

Main Activities
Managing incidents, crisis calls, communications and ensuring optimal resolution of incidents within SLAs in place
Monitoring the application status
Monitoring the infrastructure server resources
Perform validation between each environment
Perform regular reviews of scripts before UAT phase
Provide a regular report to the Project Manager/Technical Leader of server and application points to improve
Propose and implement optimizations for the project (e. G. , server configuration, script rewriting)
Perform capacity planning for projects at least once a year
Support projects regarding definition of solutions
Participate in the standardization of practices
Validate migrations of server instances
Drive the evolution of server tools
Analyze, plan, and execute all technical tasks required
Define tactical solutions to resume processes as quickly as possible
Contribute to identifying incident root causes
Engage the proper escalation path for all situations
Adopt global and departmental guidelines, IT best practices and IT security recommendations
Qualifications
In addition to daily application support activity, the Application Support team contributes to the definition of non‑functional requirements that a new application must respect before going into production. It also participates in the definition and implementation of projects to reduce support activity needed on critical systems.

At least 10 years of experience
