Location: Maia, Portugal Work Model: Hybrid (presential 3 times a week in Maia offices) Language: Portuguese (fluent) Seniority: 3 to 6 years Sector: Retail

Eligibility: Must live in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, security and operational efficiency of the systems.
• Proactively manage incidents and implement improvements.
• Support 2nd level, including participate in 24x7 on‑call rotation.
• Execute service requests and changes to meet user and client needs.
• Implement new solutions to promote operational stability.
• Apply software updates to mitigate vulnerabilities and failures.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C).
• Knowledge or experience with AWS, Azure or GCP is valued.
• Knowledge in Linux.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent (or relevant professional experience).
• Excellent teamwork spirit, collaboration across levels and ability to build strong professional relationships.
