Job Description

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments to ensure high availability and performance. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring cloud resources, providing recommendations for optimization, and implementing best practices for security, cost management, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the cloud infrastructure services (compute, network, storage, etc. );
2. Oversee the migration of applications and services from AWS to Azure;
3. Monitor and optimize performance and costs associated with the Azure infrastructure;
4. Train and advise other teams on Azure best practices;
5. Provide technical support and guidance to development teams throughout the migration process;
6. Participate in
   - call rotation and incident response activities to support production systems.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong understanding of fundamental AWS and Azure concepts and services;
2. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert;
3. Expertise in managing resources with Azure Resource Manager;
4. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Ia
   C) tools (e. g. , Terraform, AWS Cloud
   Formation);
5. Experience with CI/CD practices and tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Git
   Hub Actions) would be a plus;
6. Experience with containerization technologies (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes) in cloud environments would be a plus;
7. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e. g. , Prometheus, Grafana) would be a plus;
8. Good level of French is mandatory;
9. Good level of English would be a plus;
10. Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues;
11. Excellent communication skills, capable of working with
    - functional teams;
12. Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, quickly adapting to changing technologies and business needs;
13. Ability to work collaboratively in a
    - oriented environment;
14. Ability to document processes clearly and effectively for team knowledge sharing.
