Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to design, implement, and improve cloud infrastructure on AWS, using tools like Kubernetes, Crossplane, and Argo
  CD.
• Champion best practices in Git
  Ops and Infrastructure as Code, promoting secure and consistent environments.
• Work with the team to optimize systems for scalability,
  - efficiency, and operational reliability.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Alloy, and others.
• Contribute to incident response and root cause analysis, helping continuously improve system stability.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Build and refine robust CI/CD pipelines that support rapid, safe deployments for multiple products.
• Ensure smooth developer workflows by providing
  -
  - use tooling and environments that reduce friction.
• Support blue/green and canary deployment strategies to improve release confidence.
• Work alongside developers and stakeholders to align infrastructure evolution with product needs.
• Take ownership of platform reliability and delivery tooling.
• Help improve documentation, automation, and internal processes to enhance team efficiency.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, or Dev
  Ops roles.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS and Kubernetes (ideally using Crossplane and Argo
  CD).
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (e. g. , Terraform) and CI/CD systems.
• Experience supporting production systems in performance‑critical, 24/7 environments.
• Proficient in Linux systems, networking, and cloud security best practices.
• Skilled in scripting or programming (Python, Go, or Bash).
• Familiarity with secrets management, policy enforcement, and service discovery.
• Understanding of compliance and security practices, even without dedicated Info
  Sec functions.
• Experience in i
  Gaming environments is strongly preferred.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Problem‑solver with a pragmatic and structured approach.
• Comfortable working in a small, cross‑functional team where adaptability and initiative are key.
